   During a PCA we will walk-through and survey the building, conduct interviews with tenants, organize appropriate documentation, setup your required services and provide you with a detailed report.

   Our commercial inspections follow the ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) standards for performing Property Condition Assessments. Our inspectors have been trained on the ASTM E2018-15 standards and will work with you to determine the scope of the inspection.
