Dan is a professional Certified Home Inspector. He gained his knowledge through 19 years of working in the home renovation industry and graduated from one of the most recognized and respected school of Home Inspection training, Carson Dunlop. He has also completed the CDW Engineering Commercial Building Inspection course and follows the ASTM E2018-15 inspection standards for Property Condition Assessments.

Following OAHI's (Ontario Association of Home Inspectors) code of Conduct and Standards of Practice, Dan is dedicated to providing clients with inspections they can rely on. He continually furthers his education and knowledge related to the Home and Commercial Building Inspection industry as part of OAHI's & CAHPI's (Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors) ongoing educational requirements.
